We, Shree M.L. Castings Private Limited is one of the leading Castings Company in India. This company started with full infrastructure in the year 2003 for Casting of Alloy Steel, Manganese Steel & Mild Steel etc. Also, our company is an ISO 9001: 2015 Certified.
Our company is incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) on 2391/2003 and certificate No. 17/009646 of 2003-04. SMLCPL is a Small Scale Industries registered with District Industries Centre to manufacturing different types of Castings suitable for Cement Industries, Crusher Manufacturing units, Stone Crushing Plants, Iron Ore Industries, Highway construction Companies etc. As per IS Specification and Customers specification/ drawings.

Manganese Steel : Hammers, Liner Plates, Diaphragm, Beater Head, Beater Arms, Ring Hammers, Concave, Mantle, Jaw Plates, Side Plates etc.
Carbon Steel : Traction Wheels, Pitman, Bearing Housing, Hubs, Break Head, Flanges etc.
Total Area of Plant : 4200.00 sqm.
Installed Capacity : 1800 MT per year.
New Development work as per customers drawing/ specification and requirements.
Foundry : We have Induction Furnace capacity of 3 MT (1 No.), 2 MT (1 No.), 500 Kgs. (1 No.) & 300 Kgs. (1 No.). Single piece casting can be done upto 3200 Kgs. and Cast Iron upto 2 MT.
Heat Treatment: Our Heat treatment Furnace is Oil fired with temperature record as per customer specification/ drawing. We have Batch type Water Quenching Furnace with a capacity of 10 MT per day.
Fettling Deptt: This department is equipped with Grinding machine, Welding Machine etc. and supervised by experienced personnel.
Machine Shop : We have in house machine shop of VTL, Lathe, Shaper, Drilling machines, Cutting machines, Hydraulic Machine and Muller etc.
Testing Laboratory: Our Laboratory is fully equipped with latest testing including "Spectro Meter" testing connected with PC. Rockwell and Brinnel Hardness Testing for checking of Ductibility properties and Bend strength of Integral Cast Piece. Well experienced Metallurgist is looking after this department.
Pattern Shop : We have Pattern Shop within the factory premises and pattern makers are capable to undertake any type of critical job. Provided necessary machines to Pattern shop. We have more than 700 patterns for various items.
Paint Shop/ Packing: This department is separates from others departments.
Quality Assurance: All activities are performed to specific written procedures & standard in Quality Assurance system. Our capabilities, experience and commitment to quality ensure that each products achieves our second to none standards and exceeds our client's need.
Capacity: Single piece casting can be done upto 3200 Kgs in Manganese Steels, 2 MT Single piece casting in MS, Cast Iron single piece casting 2 MT.
Design & Development (R&D)
We have all experienced persons to make drawing for any items as well as for Development works. Design is being done through Auto Cad by our experts, under their control and supervision pattern are being made.
D.G. Set: We have D.G. Set 125 KVA.
